If you’d like to try mead as a healthy alternative to wine, you have come to the right place.

Our mead is made the old-fashioned way, crafted in an unhurried manner and allowed to mature before we bottle it for sale. We don’t try to speed up the process by heating and chilling or adding enhancers as we believe that those procedures diminish the quality of the product.

You will find a lot of information on our site about the way we make our mead, the honey and spring water it is made from, the herbs added to some meads; and why we have bottled it with a manaia or seahorse on the label.
