The focus of our mead making process is to produce a natural product that is Certified Organic by Bio-Gro NZ and accredited by IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agricultural Manufacturers).

This Bio-Gro Certificate relates to the 2000-2001 mead vintages.

The Certification of the other vintages of mead is pending and will be displayed as soon as possible.
